PixLive Editor supports different types of 3D models. The list below details those formats and their limitations.
In order to use a 3D model, follow this procedure:
- On your computer, select all the files belonging to the 3D model. It should includes the model file itself of one of the formats specified below, and possibly some textures in JPEG or PNG format.
- Use your computer built-in compression tool (right-click on the files and choose compress) to create ZIP file containing all the selected files.
- Upload the resulting ZIP file into the editor by clicking on the upload icon () in the 3D Model content window.
For best performances, we recommand you to choose the OBJ or Collada format when available.
